If you decide that YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF PATIENCE FOR OUR HAND-MADE PRODUCT TO ARRIVE, and you file a PAYPAL dispute, or WORSE, a credit card chargeback, YOU ABSOLUTELY AND AUTOMATICALLY VOID ANY WARRANTY ON OUR PRODUCT - PERIOD, AND WE WILL NOT SELL YOU ANY PRODUCT IN THE FUTURE. THIS IS BECAUSE THE TIME IT TAKES TO CORRECT THE MATTER OF RELEASING FUNDS TAKES ALL PROFIT OUT OF THE SALE FOR US.

If you are in a country where the regular postal service cannot be trusted, and you INSIST on UPS or FEDEX, please contact us first, as the shipping fees may be higher.
